Returning to the workplace after working from home
As we prepare for the return to the workplace employers have a lot to consider:
Is the workplace COVID-safe? – HSE Advice
Mental Health – are you all ready to be work-place based again?
The key is to start communications early
Discuss with your people what you have put in place and also make sure you listen to their ideas, particularly if they work in different teams / locations to you.
Have your employee’s circumstances changed which may impact work?
Will you work processes change?
