Advice will often be telephone or zoom based but can also be face to face CIVD 19 allowing
Subject matters will be all things staff related from discipline to recruitment to performance and attendance. Any question and you can simply pick up the phone and I will discuss options and recommendations.
For more detailed projects I can provide diagnostic consultations with recommendations at the above rates.
From there you will have the option of implementing those recommendations yourself or we can discuss ongoing support for implementation with a bespoke quote to allow you to make the right decision for your business.
